Pokémon Go becoming the #1 Mobile Game in this month, the company which developed it is Niantic, Inc. Today, Niantic has taken a stand against cheaters in the past, or anybody who violates its terms of service, such as sending out cease and desist letters to tracker apps. Now the company has stated that it will outright ban users for those violations.
In a post on the official website, Niantic writes that accounts can be fully terminated for a number of reasons.
Niantic says in the official website, that :
From now, don't use 3rd party application such application for finding pokemon spawn, nest map or just for see pokemon IV. becareful... use at your own risk“This includes, but is not limited to: falsifying your location, using emulators, modified or unofficial software and/or accessing Pokémon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner including through the use of third party software.Our goal is to provide a fair, fun and legitimate game experience for everyone. We will continue to work with all of you to improve the quality of the gameplay, including ongoing optimization and fine tuning of our anti-cheat system.”
